In 2018, TASS implemented number of WASH projects particularly drilling water wells and underground water tank and related constructions and equipping like generators, pipes and water pumps to save and improve the lives of the pastoralists in drought hit areas. TASS drilled the following boreholes and underground water tank in collaboration with authority PASEWN and community leaders with the support fund from various donors.
Mudug Region
In January, 2018, TASS drilled Borehole of 180 depths, elevated water tank and animal troughs and kiosks and generator and watch man rooms with the support fund from Turkish Dianet Foundation in Lanta Dusmada area Galkaio Mudug region, the borehole water benefited by around 30,000 beneficiaries including women and children and animals.

Rig Omane Village Borehole
In June 2018 TASS started drilling a new borehole in Rig Omane village in Mudug region, the borehole depth is planned to be 220m, plus the elevated water tank, water kiosks, and generator room with the support fund from Direct Aid based in kuwait, it is due to complete in July 20th 2018.
Sanag Region
In March 2018, TASS drilled a borehole in Ulheed village in Lasqorey district in Sanag region with the support fund of Qatar Charity, the depth of the water well is 45m, Elevated Water Tank constructed with Height of 8M above the ground. Camel Trough, Goat troughs and Kiosk with 6 tabs prepared at that site. One room constructed at site for Generator. This water well benefited by 10,000 pastoralists and villagers in areas and animals.
Nugal region
In February 2018, TASS drilled underground water tank in Burtinle rural area for pastoralists living around, it funded by Qatar Charity, it width is 8m and its length is 14 and its depth is 3m. this underground water tank is benefited by around 3,000 pastoralists and their animals.
Bari Region
In June 2018 TASS drilled borehole for Bossaso university in Bossaso city this borehole covered water needs of 700 students, and also university neighbors. It is funded Qatar Charity, the depth of the water well is 65m, elevated water tank and water kiosk for university neighbors.
