To implement the “Joint Implementation Program for the Construction of 200 Housing Units with Healthcare and Educational Facilities and Basic Infrastructure for Flood-Affected People in Kismayo, Jubaland, Federal Republic of Somalia.”
As part of its ongoing commitment to post-crisis recovery, the project aims to deliver essential shelter and infrastructure to flood-affected communities, thereby improving living conditions and access to vital services. KSRelief conducted a virtual signing ceremony via video conference with TASS to formalize the collaboration on constructing 200 housing units, along with key facilities including a health center, primary school, mosque, gravel road, water tank and water pipes connected to main infrastructure.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Beez, Assistant Supervisor General for Operations and Programs at KSRelief, representing the donor, and Mr. Abdirahman Abdirazak Abdirahman, Executive Director of TASS, representing the implementing partner.
Finally, TASS expressed its gratitude to KSRelief for its ongoing support and dedicated efforts to assist the Somali people.
