As part of this initiative, grants and capital were provided to nine trained Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs). Notably, this support was delivered in kind, aligning with the specific business plans developed by these associations.
The primary aim of this collaboration is to enhance women’s productive activities through various income-generating initiatives. By focusing on small business promotion and collaborative projects, the program not only supports individual entrepreneurs but also fosters a sense of community among the participants. This approach encourages women to leverage their skills and resources, ultimately leading to greater economic independence and improved livelihoods.
Through these efforts, TASS and its partners are helping to create sustainable opportunities for women, enabling them to contribute more effectively to their households and communities. The focus on diverse initiatives ensures that a wide range of business activities are supported, further enhancing the resilience and economic stability of the regions involved.
